Azn, if I remember right its just break soaked in a scrambled up egg and some milk I believe.. sometimes a little bit of cinnamon

That's pretty much it... eggs, a small splash of milk, some cinnamon.. and I usually put a pinch or two of granulated sugar in the mix too. Dip some bread in mixture so its pretty soaked, and pan fry in a bit of oil.
Also good with mascerated fruit (slice some strawberries, blueberries, etc, mix with some sugar and let stand til a nice syrup forms).
