Hmmm like the hood scoops.. Never liked mustangs much (too common) but yea it definately goes back to the earlier designs of the 60's.

I'm really not impressed with that design. Not really sure why.

I like the exterior concept, but they've tried to do a whole retro thing with the interior that I'm not really too pleased with. I've postponed a new car purchase until next year, so if I'm not too unimpressed with the interior - this will be a definite consideration.

yeah I wasn't big on the inside.. but come 2005 or 2006.. if it looks like it does now.. I will be buying myself one.. I have a long time love of the mustang of the 60's and early 70's.. almost have owned a 68.. just never got it..

i still think the current body style is one of the best yet (in the SVT trim or bullit). I have never been a huge fan of this new retro styling that automakers are using. I think it shows a lack of creativity.

I myself own a 1997 Mustang, and I am strongly considering buying one of the new ones for 2005.
I like the exterior a lot, but the interior really isn't that neat looking.
But the interior of the Mustang has been the same from 1994 to 2004, so it was due for a change... Just not like this.
There is also a nice power boost from older engines with the new Mustang too. I always thought the V6's as well as the V8's were underpowered... Even the Cobras.

Ugh, quit with the retro-styling garbage. You didn't do a good job on the Thunderbird, don't wreck the Mustang too. Silly Ford.

This is ugly as hell. all it does is bring shame to the Mustang line. Too bad Ford has lost their ability to come up with good genuine designs.
