Yep----- Made sure I left room for the Gimp .... it takes a little longer to render...(probably only about another 15 seconds longer than my 400mhz would have) but I did the TECHIMO image shown with it ..... pretty slick for an old p75! Didn't think it could have this much kick

hehe Jayman I do believe it's 75,000,000GHz though :P

Yer, Linux is nice on slow PC's. I've got a PII 266 w/ 128MB ram, I was using it the other day (my good pc died, PSU prob). I had like 70 processes running (fluxbox, mozilla, xmms, emacs and various servers etc...). Only like 20MB of swapfile used, and it didn't slow down at all.

That's a nice system....lol

But yeah, try running Windoze on that thing.... I'm an aide in my high school's counseling office and they give us 2 75Mhz Pentiums with 64MB RAM and Win98, makes me want to die. Hey, April Fool's day is coming, maybe I should load Linux on them lol.
