Well i believe that the brain itself doesn't actually feel pain at all. E.g. if ya brain was exposed somehow, basically a chunk of ya brain could be cut out and ya wouldn't even know beside that you would loose some functionality. Altho i could be totally wrong, but im pretty sure thats correct.... Never had my brain cut before so can't tell ya for sure hehe
