The color scheme for the bars can be selcted from Windows XP desktop themes. As for the background image, you can make it to grey scale by using an image editor such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc...

Speed, i am running windows 2000. the themes and the icons are built for winxp.

shahani, it is windowblind 3 and the icon are from icon packager. both proggies can be downloaded from Object Desktop for those interested.
