doesn't look like xmms to me

Mandrake dark, is that the opposite of KDE lite?

yup, its not xmms but freeamp. they have a bunch of skins on their site.

in my opinion? yes. i dig freeamp more than xmms. the playlists are cool also. but.........xmms is essential for makin those damn mp3's to wav so i can make music cd's with xcdroast.

Wondering... what OS are you running? Is that Linux?!?! or one of the variants of it? I thought Linux was all text based...

no my friend. theres lots of gui linux distros fro you to choose from. the one you see is KDE on Mandrake.
