User says log off upon Submit

a user can't upload, he says, ''Submit'' button still acts as a ''Log off'' button for me.... I logged in using his account, and his account would go to a blank page upon submit, and I noticed his files would go into the gallery/users/number folder, and would stay there. I was having this issue, before I upgraded. Since then he says it logs him off upon submit, but when I log on as him, it works fine on my side now.. I told him he should clear cache, cookies, offline data etc. and make sure you have cookies enabled, and not behind a firewall, or security settings too high..

what is your image processor and how much PHP memory are you using? GD2 is prone to fail PHP by stealing all the memory trying to process real large images. Using Imagemagick usually solves the issue. You can give PHP more memory and still use GD2 but thats only a patch. Your GD2 processor is limited to the restrictions of PHP since it is part of it and larger images cause the issue.

The image processor is GD2 the memory says, Memory Limit: 128.00 MB

I just switched to Imagemagick, and set the path is to where it is on godaddy's servers, it's working without issues, the memory limit on the side still says 128mb.. when the user comes back on I'll ask him to try again..
