displayimage.php 500 error

We're getting a 500 error on displayimage.php using the latest version of vbgallery and vBulletin. Nothing is showing up in the error logs, either.

I've added the code to the Fetch Datastore plugin to disable the full URL and we're still having issues.

Any ideas?
