I would like to see my gallery get picked up by Google but it is totally ignored. My forums are right up there and the pics in the forum threads get a ton of traffic but the bots act like the gallery full of original photos does not even exist. This seems like a pretty huge flaw somewhere along the line since we are here to attract new users..

i just installed vBGallery and I am still working on the optimization.
but some suggestion.
Alow Google to pic up Photos > Googel Webmaster tools
Add an Sitemap > vBSEO Sitemap Generator
Add H1/H2/H3 Tags > Template (H1 is needed > Most importen Words/Titel? in H2)
Check Source code > I do have <meta name="robots" content="index, follow" /> BUT before ever Link to category or Picture > rel="nofollow" maybe a vBSEO issue, if so I need to add rel="novbseo" to the important Links. I will check that in the next days.
It looks like that the Links are OK but not the "last Modified Date".
I will work on tommorow. May somebody has an Idea what´s wrong.
