mail to friend not be certain of e-mail field

i use e-mail feature of vbulletin and it have to be filled with correct mail to be send but in vbgallery there are no try to be certain that the e-mail field is correct e-mail or not

does this is bug or just it works as it is and it is new suggestion will be done on the next version ?
