Upsizing Photos that are Too Small
 

I was wondering if there was a way to write in some code that'll upsize photos within a certain range of being too small.

For example, lets say my gallery requires minimum of 300x300, but the user tries to upload a photo 260x260.... resizing that to 300x300 wouldn't look bad quality-wise. But if they try to upload something 175x175 it rejects it because upsizing would look too grainy.

Is this possible?
