Setting for usergroup "can report image to moderator"
Hello!

For some days we became from an "unegistered" spam over the vbgallery-function:
"moderate image to a moderator"

In the settings for usegroups i canīt find something like "can report image to moderator"...

Is it possible to integrate a function like this to upcoming vbg versions!?
