Integrade vBGallery on forumhome

Hi,

I remember that I could integrate my photopost into the forumhome so that the gallery listings are lookings like forums.

Is this also possible for vbGallery?

I do NOT want a few pictures on forumhome, I want the gallery categories to appear there so that you cannot decide if a link links to a forum or a gallery category.

Kind regards
jluerken

I understand what you would like to do, but I have not seen something like that created yet. I will move this to suggestions.

Who knows

This would be a very good addon for one of the next versions. Its a nice integration for each board.

Do you want to have several forums for several Gallery categories or just one forum?

I am doing the "one forum" thing since ages, it's pretty simple:

http://www.planet-liebe.de/vbb

The Forum titled "Bilder Galerie" is in fact the gallery.

Hey Kirby, how did you do so?

Hey Kirby, it would be nice to be able to add single gallery categories in the board that look like a forum.

I think it looks strange when all my gallery categories show up on forumhome so a few selected are enough.

For example I can imagine to show my general pictures as forum on forumhome and my internal gallery in the internal category of my board as forum.

I bet you can make this possible or?

Unfortunately, that is not that easiy - at least not with the current design.
You would need a lot of overhead to do that.

Can you then document the easy integration way you used?
