Template/Phrase version numbers
 

I've noticed that all templates and phrases from vBGallery 2.2 also carry the version number 2.2.

This is a major PITA for translators and users who have customized their templates/phrases as this will cause all templates/phrases showing up as out-of-date - making "Find Updated Phrases" and "Find Updated Templates" useless.

Only templates/phrases that are actully changed in a version should carry the current version number. Templates/Phrases that are unmodified should have the previous version number, eg. the one in which they were last modified.
