Hook requests

- moderate.php, after deleting posts
- In functions validate_new_images(), validate_new_posts(), update_count(), delete_images(), delete_category(), process_upload()

Or in other words: In all places where the amount of images/posts changes.

think many ppl would apreciate a hook in postbit_display.
many plugins put information in the userdisplay. would be great if you implement this in showimage php so that via customplugin the userdisplay can be made to look according to the forumdisplay.
