More integration with vBulletin

vBGallery is missing some plugins to interface with vBulletin:

• On Hook userdata_update_username
  Code is needed to update usernames in vBGallery tables
• On Hook userdata_delete
  Code is needed to set userid to 0 in vBGallery tables if it is a delete
  Code is needed to update userids (and maybe other data?) if it is a merge
• On Hook useradmin_prune
  Code is needed to set userids to 0 in vBGallery tables

I understand.

I'll need to also rig up a way to move the /u/s/e/r/i/d/file to it's new location under the correct user or change the file system on the way it stores the files.

Perhaps by category folder ID as the file will not move and only the database data needs the update.

Oops, yeah - that's something I overlooked completely.

I'd probably move the files upon userid changes, as user deletions/merges normally happen rarely, but images do get moved from one category to another frequently.

Also, the files are spreaded better over different directories when stored by userid - as normally there will be more users than categories.
