Some suggestions for Gallery (please read)
 

I suggest the following new features:

a) I do not like how the "key words" thing works today. It does not work in a clever and logic way (which also influences the search function negatively):

- People can think the same thing but express in a different way (by using synonymous). And there is actually no reason to cause any misunderstanding.

- What I suggest is that you let the custom fields making the key words! Then the administrator can decide for him self whether he would choose to make fixed key words (using drop downs etc) or free key words (text line box).

b) There is no multiple selection box with limit selection in the custom fields.... Why this....??? You have then just excluded VB-photopost Gallery from one of the most usefull features of Vbulletin...

I would have like to do the same with the Gallery - thus making it very strong and usefull for my users. And furthermore you may not use as many sub categories as the fixed key words can do the job - but this is not possible due to this strange and unintuitively way of making the key words... and thus also the searching....

c) Brian (from Vbadvanced) suggested an on/off custom fields per directory/category (for his links).... Thats a very good idea....! and can used for gallery as well... But please convert them to key words...
