eitherway I'd love a working copy for vb360, hoping it goes gold tomorrow .. key word hoping..

wish list for vbgallery, .. vbulletin child style support for gallery sub catigories .. been something I've been requestion for a few years.... please with vb/photopostcherries on top ? :P

I'm equally frustrated that its taking a long time for a release, but I'm glad that they've chosen to support the product. If they say they will have a working copy for 3.6.x I believe them. Even though I'm dying to get the gallery back online its probably a wise choice for them to wait for 3.6 gold before releasing it (to fix any additional problems) so kudos and hope its ready soon

So, how will this work? Do we upgrade our forum first to 3.6.0 first and then the gallery to 1.0.3 or will it be other way around? How long will it take to make the updated gallery code ready after 3.6.0 is released?

The upgrade script will work on your gallery after you have installed/upgraded to vBulletin 3.6x.

Your old gallery data from members will not be altered. There will be a few changes in templates that will require them to be fixed or reverted. All files have changed and need to be replaced.

Zach, let me know if you need me to beta test. I'm still waiting on Brian to finish up the Links Directory, but I'm more than willing to go ahead and upgrade to vB 3.6 and CMPS 2.2 and simply hide the Links Directory for the time being (it's not used much anyhow) if you want one more friendly as a tester (well, good RL friends with Brian, that is). Just PM me.
