Custom fields should act more like profile fields

The custom gallery fields really need some enhancements, specifically it needs the base options of marking it as private, hidden, etc, like the profile fields do.

Private fields intresting ....

- visible by usergroup ?
- image poster and Admin only ?

Why not both and let them configurable by gallery?
