[Suggestion] Combine The Moderator Managers

I think you should ditch the mod system in gallery.
I don't adding a mod to the gallery section so he can delete posts and then having to add him to the forums so he can deal with the user.

I think I should just be able to add a mod via vBulletin and have an option there to add him to the gallery section.
