Video Thumbnail Option

I find that Photopost has the option to upload a seperate thumbnail for the video clip(if the gallery has been modified). I would love this option to be added in vBGallery.

There is a hack out, but you must edit the dB everytime...I kinda grow tired of having to do that each time.

One reason I was looking at Photopost for a solution.

Yeah, im just looking into hacking it all myself! All it needs is an upload thumbnail option and then the proper coding to get it to show the right thumbnail rather than the default one.

Well the way I was thinking.

It should work like this:

If a .gif,.jpg,.png or any basic graphic it should post it.

But if its a .mov,.swf, .mpg or movie file it should ask you to specify a thumbnail.

I have been trying to learn about the basics of php, but I haven't quite been able to understand the vBgallery code yet. due to lack of time.
