Sitka, you'll need to send an email to "sales@photopost.com" with the request to extend your license after you've updated your site.

Hello
I show you are posting fine on the support forum. There is no need for license information to be entered to access the forum. Your license information can be used to access your members area at http://www.photopost.com/members/members.pl
Scannell
PhotoPost Support
Where is the license information I requested in the email?
I will make it a point in the future not to use the web form but instead use email so we both have a copy of the excact text sent.

You did not ask for license information in the email you sent that I answered.
Your specific question was this and I responded with the above answer Quote:
Which license information do I need to use to access the support forums. I own a license for both photopost and vbgallery?
Let's see how long it takes to respond to this support question. | The above ticket is the only helpdesk ticket I show for email address and in your forum support posts there are no support requests specifically by you
Did you use some other email? I searched for support tickets as well under your email on your license and non tickets either

Your posting multiple posts on this forum knocking our support yet in all of our records we show one support request and it has been answered satisfactorily based on the question asked.
If you have submitted any other support requests they where never recieved. Sorry did not mean to post your email was simply trying to post your email body since you indicated my response to you was incorrect.

You have his e-mail address, you know he needs his "member area" login info, just send it to him and you're done.

That is not the question he asked me though.
I would gladly send it and already did so to the email on file for that license about 45 mins ago although I am not sure still to this very minute if thats the request.

I'm posting multiple posts on this forum knocking your support because it does suck. I know it sucks because I've owned a photo post license since May of 2002, it never integrated with vBulletine as advertised, I maintained that license, hoping some day you could get it to intergrate properly. I purchased vbgallery in hopes it would intergrate into my site, and thus far, I have far fewer issues using vBgallery then I would have ever hoped for with photopost. So don't you dare slight me. Your support has sucked in the past, now step up to the plate, or shut up.

I had more problems with photopostdev.com than here.
