What is your support request? I have searched our ticket system and there are no emails from you other than the one I have answered.

I have searched your forum posts but besides the few here which you do not specifically ask any support question all the posts are imported posts from the vbadvanced site.

As I stated before I show no support requests by you so please ask away so I may assist you.

We already are. This week we have added three respected support people, all vBadvanced Gallery customers were given access to download the product on Monday (you were sent an email too - we cannot control all mail servers and all spam blockers), and support is in full-swing.

If you have a support request, please post a new thread in the appropriate forum or email us for support.
