| vBG support staff list
Hi!
Can anyone post a list of people that will give customer support to vBG?
And maybe make it a sticky?

Ricardo,
My current understanding is that all of the existing PhotoPost support team will be supporting vBG as they do any other product. Or, in other words, there isn't a different PP vBG support team versus PP Pro support team. But, with that said, my background is vBG so you can expect me to be mostly in the vBG side of the house for a while until I get up to speed with the rest of the product line.

So it is correct to assume that the only official (read AEI contracted) staff beside the existing team (Michael and Chuck) is you?

Each Product will be supported but any and all support people. I know you will see Kevin answering more posts in this forum since he is familiar with the code.
I will be answering anything I am comfortable with as I learn vBGallery's coding and as Kevin stated his is cross learning Photopost code.
We will be working very hard to support every last customer and issue there is.
The support Staff in summary as of this particular time is
Michael P -- Michael
Chuck S -- Chuck
Scott W -- Scott
KW802 -- Kevin

How about this thread of mine? 36 hours and still no closer to getting my problem solved.
I spent hard earned money on this product, at first i had to wait almost 24 hours after paying for it to download the software and secondly i am now waiting almost 2 days to get support to fix a problem to even view my gallery.
I am also interested in getting a refund, as this is a total joke. I have also recently purchased vbseo.com and there support is fantastic, i only need to wait a hour or so at the most, not days.....
