[Suggestion] Title and Description Conversion:

I would like an option in the Admin gallery options section that would let me convert the title and description to one of these choices

1. First Letter Of Each Word Upper Case
2. First letter of first word upper case
3. ALL UPPPER CASE
4. all lower case

For every one person that does it one way, one person does it another and
I think it makes the site look sloppy. It would be nice to have a global option to deal with this.
