Now log into your vbull admin panel and goto "Languages & Phrases"
there click on
Phrase Manager
In the phrase manager click on
Add new phrase You get a form where you fill in or select the following:
Phrase Type : Error Messages

Text: The image you tried to upload is too small. Your picture has to be at least {1} pixels in size
click on save
It should only work for jpg, png and gifs
