adminfunctions_template.php

The adminfunctions_template.php template modification could be moved to a plug-in in 3.5, like so:

Hook Location: template_groups
Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
One less file you need to touch.

Thanks for the tip.

Brian just wanted to get working versions of the applications out and available, so he'll be optimizing them for 3.5 as time passes.

Unless I just missed something, I believe that hook was just added in one of the last two versons or so. If there's a hook for that now though we will be adding that to the install file soon. :)

Yeah, they added quite a few new hooks with RC1. That could have been one of them.

Yep... just double checked, and it was added with RC1, just happened I only checked to see if there was a hook for it right after I upgraded to RC1. :)

Good, can I pay you to get 3 more hook locations in there? (2 I have good arguments for, 1 well... would just be nice to not have to hack any files at ALL). heh

Re: adminfunctions_template.php

My original suggestion was to move all template categorys to an xml file and have it built like the admincp nav, :) maybe for antoher day.
