RSS support for VBa Gallery

Hi,

As Vbuilletin, does VBa Gallery support or will support RSS feeds ? I use them a lot and that's a great feature. I search all other this forum without any result (not a lot of result for RSS in all the forum)

Presently none of the vBa products are RSS-aware. What type of information would you want to see in a RSS feed from the Gallery?

Hi KW802,

Simply the last addition to the gallery and the comment which was made with this last addition. No reply of the comments, only the thumbnail and the original comment.

Parameters needed (some are optionnal :
-number of last addition
-Name/title of last addition
-Comment on/off
-show thumbnail on/off
-parse links/html/bbcode (to have a nice display if the comment include links, or smileys)
-link to the gallery home or link to user gallery or link to the full post of the clicked addition


A simple exemple : CGTalk.com feed for one of its gallery (well, they use a custum system of feed ) : http://www.cgtalk.com/external.php?forumids=121

Even a simple starting script with only the thumbnail, link and title will be enough I know that their is a lot of different format for the RSS, and I'm not a coder at all, then, I don't really know if it's a hard work, but it's a miss for such a great system as VBaGallery
