multiple comment per image upload

ok so like i have 10 upload options available right...

but there is only 1 comment box for the upload page. so if someone uploads 4 images, and they only want a comment on 1 image, they gotta do it one at a time.

if there was a comment for each uploaded image that would make more sense.

make sense?

After they upload multiple images, they will be presented with a screen where they can (optionally) add a comment/keywords/etc for each image they uploaded.
