Easy way to add gallery images to posts

ok most of my users on my site are really newbs when it comes to computers and online forums. so copying <img> Tag Code and pastiong it inline within a post is way to complicated..

It would be REALLY kewl to beable to select images from the gallery that you wanted to include in your post from a link when creating the post in a normal forum.

this all started after I installed the Gallery and started to aske people to start posting there pictures in the gallery instead of uploading them to a thread. but people are telling stories of trips etc and want to includ some of there pictures in there so we are getting duplicate uploads or the are just putting them in the threads and not in the gallery.

any suggestions!??!

If that is too complicated, I am not sure what to tell you.

Perhaps you should come up with some kind of tutorial or something for them.
