An index page so you can jump to a particular folder by initial /name

On the upload page , it tells you what the maximum size you can upload rather than going through the upload process and then getting a This Page Cannot Be Displayed screen
Can the text on the upload screen be changed ,and if so where? from

File to Upload
Please select a file from your computer to upload.

you could have

Re: What Id like to see

I guess you only allow one type of file to be posted on your site because otherwise you would know that changing the text to "Please select a file from your computer to upload. Max size 2000kb, 600x600" is not a good idea =)

But anyway, if you want to do it, you can change the text by searching for it in your admincp -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases.

RC3 will have a link right above the upload box that says 'View allowed extensions' which will show the maximum filesize and dimensions for each extension in each category.
The text on that page can be modified by either editing your 'ADV_GALLERY_UPLOAD' template, or by changing the phrases.
