The following would be a good addition to the upload.php screen that could be modified or added to as needed...

UPLOAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

· You will ONLY use content that you own or have permission to use.
· You will not otherwise infringe upon the intellectual property rights of a third party.
· No content using the likeness of a third party (manipulated photos, logos, caricatures).
· No pictures or logos of companies or products.
· No text or graphic of a third party's work (copies of books)
· No content downloaded from other INTERNET sites.

Has anyone done this yet? I could really use this since we deal with iffy things at the forum.

I have simply added it to the Forum Regsitration Agreement.

Takes 30 seconds to add it to ADV_GALLERY_UPLOAD template. I wouldn't expect it to be added to the actual software.
