Upload photo as a different user

Hi!
On my site, I've set this feature on for administrators but this forces them to fill the username field each time they post a photo.
The username filed should be always pre-filled with their own usernames and remain editable just in case they want to post as another user, which is probably a very small percentage of the time.

How does it force them to enter something each time they upload an image? If the field is left blank then it uploads the image under their username.

You're right! It does. But I could swear that I had to enter my name in one of the first times I've posted a picture... Maybe it was something I saw in RC1...
Oh well, sorry about that =)
