Smartors Import Script

I am in a good way guys. I bought before 3 days photopost pro and offcourse i have trouble moving from my phpbb with smartor album to vbulletin with photopost. So far i installed also vbgallery and i altered the import_smartor.php script to import to vbgallery cause that was the only script here for doing this. Now i stucked a bit with the script that moves from vbgallery to photopost pro cause i get an error that an unexpected T-string relies in my vba.cfg.php file which is not right.

I have asked for solution in the specific forum. So if i bypass this i will be ok i think and i will do a post of how i did it.

I forgot to mention that the user id's are wrong but in my side this is no prob atm

What is the status of the Smartor Import Script? I have to say my vBGallery purchase was purely based on the belief that there would be a way to migrate from Smartor. I guess I jumped to the gun too early. How long will it take? I'm willing to pay extra for the script.

You might want to contact Zach and see if he can help but this initial post in this thread clearly shows this is not something we support at all. Nowhere on this site do we also claim to have any smartor import script. The script in this post was written by another company for an old vbgallery 1.0 script and it does not work with 2.1

Since there is no Smartor script for the latest version of vBGallery I was wondering if it would be possible to go another route:

Smartor -> vBGallery v1 -> vBGallery v2
(phpbb -> vB v3.5 -> vB v3.6)

Is that possible?

(I really need a way to migrate from Smartor to vBGallery so if anyone or Zachariah knows a way to do it please let me know)

I think you contacted me @ vBulletin.org to help work on a converter.
- If not someone did.

I plan to connect with a few people that have the 2 databases online and rework the code that is posted here.

It should not be a big deal, I have the Photopost Pro to VBGallery working without a lot of problems.
- I have vBGallery 2.2 close to being done. I'll have a more time on it after.

I do not recall, but did you sent me some info on your system via e-mail / PM?
- Where both galleries are installed ?

If you haven't done anything yet I think I will hire someone to make the script for me and then I'll sell it to anyone interested.

Anyone want the Smartor import script made? Please PM me! I'll have someone do it for a fee because I can't wait any longer.

- This has not been tested.
- If the original import script had problems, they are still there.

I have however updated table names and syntax to work with vBGallery 2.0+ and vBulletin 3.6+ .
