Error when user tries to upload media
 

It appears that I am having trouble when new users try to upload media.

While I can upload media all day long via my admin account and other accounts I have, if I create a new user and attempt to upload images, I get the following message. See attachment

I have checked that the /files/ and /users/ folder have the correct permissions of 777.

Check in your vb admin maintenance options that in phpinfo that safe mode is off? If it is on then you need to in your vbgallery settings turn on the option to run the program with safe mode on.

Thanks.. no clue how to tell if I am in safe mode but I switched it and can no upload media.

You will see the phpinfo link in the vb admin section under maintenance down the bottom of the left hand panel of admin.

Either permissions are not correct, your server paths in vbgallery admin are incorrect for the files and user directories or safe mode is on.
