Review date not showing up

When a member posts a review on our site the "Review Date" is blank in their review and the "Date of Last Review" is blank in the product highlight area. (Sample: http://www.ncangler.com/reviewpost/s...9/limit/recent)

It would be very helpful as we're building our Review section for the Review dates to appear. Any ideas what might be causing this? I've been thru all the Option settings in Admin and nothing caught my eye there. Thanks for any help!

I found the problem. I had nothing in the date format field. Once I added mm/dd/yyyy it shows up fine. Thanks!

Ah you never specified a date format
