Setting up my gallery

Well;

I have about 160 categories, and 25 usergroups.

1 of the categories is set as a member group, and the rest is supposed to be a picture gallery administered by one group only.

What i'd want to do, is set all groups to "not allowed to upload" and "not allowed to create subgroups", and then on the spesific member category, set all groups to be allowed to upload pictures and create sub-groups.

This way, the default behaviour of a new group, is correct, so i dont have to set permissions for all 25 usergroups every time i add a new top gallery.

But my problem is when i remove one groups capabilities to upload pictures, they're "Total amount of space that a user's files may consume" is UNLIMITED, even if the value is set under the usergroup.

How should i make my setup, so it is easy to create new main-groups and such ?

Well, i found a solution, but it is extremely much work to manage a setup with many categories and many usergroups. it's lacking the "copy permissions", create category with permissions same as ... etc etc
