How to manually add Excluded Categories

I have a problem with my vbgallery with the Excluded Categories. The problem is the list shown in the control panel doesn't show a full list of categories that are in my gallery and therefore I cannot stop some NSFW galleries from showing up in the random images.

Is there a way to manually add the forums to some place in the database? I've had a search through but I can't seem to find the area. Can anyone please help me?

Excluded Categories would be random on the gallery main page ?

Note:
Members' Categories (username virtual categories) created on the fly in a parent category will not show up in the list.

All 64 of my categories show up.
- Are there any settings that make that category different than your others?

aah that would be my problem as they are member galleries. Is there a way to block them? Say from the parent directory? It doesn't seem to work for me.

To stop thumbnail images from showing on the gallery home "Newest, Random"

AdminCP= > vBGalery => Modify Settings =>Main Index Page Options
- Excluded Categories

If you select the Parent category that has the setting enabled "Act as Members' Category", all uploaded images should not appear.
