Gallery uploads in profile hack?

I can't seem to find the original plugin that I downloaded (was it deleted?), but I am having problems with the Gallery Uploads in Profile hack. This hack added two plugins, when one of them is active (the member_complete one) it shows the last 5 photos from the user's gallery in their profile. The problem is that it also causes some member profiles to become a completely blank page. When I disable the plugin the page renders normally.

Can anyone recommend troubleshooting steps I can take or a replacement profile hack that is reliable?

What version of vBGallery and vBulletin ?

3.6.0 and VBG 2.0 beta.
