Disable medium size images?

I only allow to upload images of up to 640 in max dimension. The middle images turn out to be just the same as full-size, only slightly worse in quality. Can I disable middle size images to save hosting space?

You can disable the option to save "Original" images.
- This would be the full-size image a member may upload.

That would leave only thumbnails and your "rezised" image of what the member uploaded.

Where is this option?
I only found an option to "Save and display medium and large images?" in Upload options. When I select "no" there I can only see small thumbnails.

EDIT:
I think I found it:
I need to set "Trigger medium graphic height and width" to the same size as the maximum upload size. I hope this works.
