How do I get my header to show?

This is my gallery HERE I just uploaded photopost vb gallery and I can't get my header to show. Could someone please suggest what I need to edit to achieve this?

With the current link your site is looking for the image @
nual/misc/logo.gif using gallery as the root.

You need a ful URL.
