Cannot upgrade

I download the latest build of the beta and run Upgrade and it says I already have the current versuion when I don't. This is a major flaw. I paid for access to the updates but the software is refusing to upgrade. Can I be credited for the time that is going by that it is refusing to install?

In looking at your previous post, you are running 2.5; which, if you read my post all you need to do is upload the clientscript files - no need to run any upgrade script.
