Currently active users empty when not logged in

ok, this is my last report for this week , i promise hehehehe.....

I've found that when a user is not connected, the "Recently Active Users" is blank. I'm not sure how vBGallery is picking up the data... shouldn't be the same as vBulletin when a user is logged off?...just a question...

I'm not using it.. so i'm not sure.. but you can have activeusers for gallery only or for forum and gallery.. there is a switch for that in settings...
plus i think you can also set it for logged in or not logged in usergroup permissions..

so that givesyou lots of different possibilities to play around with

thanks Luc. I know about the options, i've been playing with them for a week now...
I wanna it to know if the "Currently Active Users" is the same as the one found in vBulletin...
If yes, then i think for the purpose of consistency the line "Most users ever online was 3, 03-14-2009 at 12:08 AM.:" should be added.
The way it is right now nothing shows up if not logged in...

The operation is not the same as vbulletin. It is its own coding and display. You can set who can view the block in usergroup permissions as noted and whether its just online in gallery or both forum and gallery from what I see.

Well, i shut both off in vbulletin.. and in gallery .. just hogs performance and takes a query

i've also decide it to shut off in gallery only. i kept it on vbulletin because users like to see there name in there hehehehe
