Updated build

I've updated the build - the only change is to the plugin file to show 2.5 release numbers and to change the install script to call the portion to reimport the plugins.

Were there any changes on the main files or other plugins? As the last build seems to have old bugs that chuck had fixed in 2.43... like 0 message in posting or missing ' in a plugin query...
