I've updated the BETA; sorry I neglected to post an announcement about the first BETA.
A couple bug fixes are included in this update along with the latest copy of SWFUpload which includes Flash 10 support.
You'll need up upload the files again and reimport the product. If you ran the upgrade with BETA1, you do not have to run it again. If you do not have BETA1 running, you will need to run the install and choose upgrade.
BETA2 does have changes to the FLASH upload template, so you will need to reimport those as well.
