Random images not showing

Perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but I've set the default to display four random images but none currently show. In the same Admin section, though, 'Excluded Categories' is not a drop-down list and instead has the name of my gallery and that name cannot be removed so I suspect that's the reason why images aren't being shown in the random section.

The photos are being shown in the main index but not in the New files area which seems to be consistent with the Excluded Categories issue.

Are you excluding categories? try unhighlighting the categories

That's the problem - The field for Excluded Categories should be a drop-down list, but instead, it is just a field that has the name of my gallery and that field cannot be edited so it is excluding my complete gallery.

Actually its a list of all your cats.

You can use CTRL and click on your mouse to select or deselect things.

I thought the box was uneditable since clicking it had no effect. CTRL did the trick, though.
