Yes, I set both of those. I can't install the updated VB XML plugins as I can't get to the admin panel.
it seems the steps are sort of out of order. Here is what I did:
I updated config-inc and config-int with correct values.
Uploaded everything to web server
went into filezilla and changed permissions on files mentioned below
But then I had to delete the files to get the gallery to work (the install directory).
IMPORTANT - FOR VBULLETIN 4 ONLY. New plugins included in download.
In the install directory set permissions on the file product_pppro.xml, source-vb4.xml and source-vb42.xml files to 777
3. Go into your vbulletin admin panel and under plugins & products select the option to manage products. You can then use the add/import product option and upload the xml file you downloaded to your computer called product_pppro.xml file. Once that is done your forum will show gallery content.
A little strange; the first time I ran the upgrade I hadn't updated the permissions in the folder. So I went ahead and did that and re-ran install/upgrade.php. This time the upgrade process looks different and shows me each step along the way. The other script was simply sequential. This might just be because I already ran all the way up to 8.4, however.
Ah. Very good. I do'nt know why but the download I had for some reason didn't have the FORUMS folder in it. I must have inadvertently deleted it prior to uploading to my server. All seems good with the world ... thanks again Chuck. As always I appreciate your incredibly prompt support!
Yes of course your break out of that small table your using. Why would you think your not going to given seeing how you have set things up. Most people forget the obvious so lets go through this.
Here is a simple fact. Your site width is what like 900 pixels wide. You have elected to make your photopost medium images 800 pixels. You have also elected to show a sidebar also. There just simply no where else for the content to go but span outward. You are not going to fit the page in that width with all the elements you want displayed.
1. turn the sidebar off for global pages
2. change your medium theshold to about 600-650 pixels and rebuild your medium images
For lightbox click the link thats says view large image as lightbox is shown on the large image.
