I have a fully custom (front end) theme in which was made for me back a 2 years back for all 3 software.

I repaid for another year license to upgrade all 3 to the newest..
The problem is that I have hired 2 people to do the upgrade and Update of the themes and no one seems to know what they are doing!
What is the BEST approach to doing this? I need the themes to be updated with all the changes done to the front end.
I basically had the current version online in one URL and the fresh brand new installed highest version in another URL.
I said it would probably be easier to update the older (custom) version and then use the other URL with the fresh new version as a comparison and apply. But none of them are being able to do this.. Is this the wrong approach?
All 3 software are being used for the databases have content in them..
How are all you others doing this? Not everyone is using the default themes..
Does anyone have any SUGGESTED COMPANIES that you could PM ME that have worked for you in the past and did the job successfully?? Thanks!

as you can see he clearly does not know what to do.. The images are now all corrupt (he has a backup of the images as do I) but nothing but function errors..
