I just don't get it

Chuck, I paid $99 for to Renew Members Area Access. I'm not wanting to upgrade my PhotoPost software. I simply want access to the Support Forum. I've written you three times over the last 7 days and you've never responded.

I'm able to log-in and go to the Members Area. It says my access expires in 2016 and I'm a Verified Customer but when I click on Support Forum the forums appear but they are locked.

What am I missing here?

I am not sure how your emailing me as our company has no emails from you but this thread explains the verification process.

I would suspect your forum email address does not match the email on record for the license.

Never said I was emailing you. I've been using the Contact Us link above. I did save some print screens if that's in question.

Like I said in the post above. It says I am Verified.

If I'm using the wrong e-mail address maybe you could send an email to the correct address so I can look at the support forum? However I'm logging in with just fholbert.

it says your verified so you should have access to the support forums. As stated the reason no one has responded is we never got any email. You did say you wrote me 3 times at any rate you appear to have access to me.

Yes, the locks are gone now thanks.

You may want to test your Contact Us email because it's not working or a SPAM filter is blocking it.

Chuck S,

I am having the same problem accessing the support forums. My email addresses match up and I have a valid PhotoPost Pro license. I have also sent three emails with no response.

Your verified that I show. As far as emails I do not see any to Photopost. The owner just forwarded an email though that you sent to staff at dealighted dot com which seems to be why we did not get any email. You should have posted on here as you see much faster response time as you do not have to worry whether your email got through or not.

I don't appear to be showing up as a verified member. My forum email does match that on my licence.

Do I have to pay $99 to access these support forums?

I show you as verified. It can take a few hours for the cron task to.run and elevate you.
