When I'm using bulk actions (adm-index) I select a category, and then move the images to new category. We have an "upload" area that everyone can toss stuff in, then we sort it from there into the appropriate category. Thus, every time this is done, the category should report 0, and no last photo.
Steps to reproduce:
create a category
add images to the category
verify on the index that the category shows x images
go into the admin panel
choose bulk actions
select the category you uploaded photos to
choose new categories for the images to be moved to, and 'leave'
submit the changes
go back to the index and verify that the category still shows x images and last photo
I have to manually go to the db and update the following fields:
If I use the edit photo interface, or 'move/delete' from the dropdown, the categories are updated properly.
thoughts? Not sure if you can reproduce this or not...
not entirely sure what you're asking, as the db fields are still populated with the incorrect information. the cache doesn't store information there does it? if i move the photos via editphoto the fields are updated.
fields: photos/lastphoto --both have data in them still (a photoid in lastphoto and number of photos in the category in the photos field)
I can give you an admin login to the beta site, can i pull out or switch a couple of files to text for you to check out via web? this domain is out of standard user control areas, and permissions are such that allowing access would require changing them.
